Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, noting positive experiences with service at the front desk and throughout the hotel. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, floors, and bathrooms, as well as maintenance problems like dog hair and strong cleaning odors. The pool was frequently criticized for being dirty, closed, or poorly maintained, disappointing guests who had planned to use it. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others wishing for more variety or better coffee. Overall, while service stood out positively, cleanliness and pool conditions were notable concerns.
