Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, finding it close to many attractions and useful for their needs. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed serious concerns about cleanliness, with frequent mentions of mold, dirt, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Several guests also reported problems with amenities such as broken appliances, poor breakfast, and malfunctioning air conditioning or heating. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, but others as rude or unresponsive. Many guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high costs for the quality received. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service.
