Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near the beach, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews mention issues with service, describing staff as sometimes rude or unhelpful, and some guests experienced problems with room assignments and amenities. Room sizes are frequently described as small or cramped, not meeting expectations for a four-star property. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. The pool area, while appreciated by some, has raised safety and maintenance concerns. Overall, while the location stands out as a highlight, service, room size, and certain facilities could be improved.
