Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff, noting that rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. However, the location was a significant drawback for many, with frequent mentions of feeling unsafe, the surrounding area's cleanliness, and inconvenience due to construction or markets. Some guests also reported issues with the elevators and noise. Overall, while the hotel facilities and service were appreciated, the neighborhood and safety concerns detracted from the experience.
