Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews highlighting positive experiences at reception and with cleaning staff. However, the hotel’s location is widely criticized for feeling unsafe, being far from the city center, and surrounded by street vendors and litter. Cleanliness is another major concern, with multiple guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and poor maintenance. Room size is often described as small or cramped, and some guests felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Overall, while service stands out positively, significant issues with location, cleanliness, and safety were repeatedly mentioned.
