Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Gare du Nord and metro stations, making it convenient for travel. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews mention comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. However, there are frequent complaints about the lack of daily housekeeping, small room sizes, and some issues with breakfast variety and quality.
