Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and excellent breakfast offerings. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk and in the kitchen. However, there are repeated complaints about bathroom issues, such as cold showers, faulty doors, and water leakage. Cleanliness is generally satisfactory, though some mention moldy smells. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as professional and others inexperienced or unresponsive. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and breakfast, but there is room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and service consistency.
