Most guests were disappointed with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and ongoing renovations that led to discomfort and health concerns. Many mentioned dirty rooms, mould, leakage, and broken amenities like the pool and elevators. Some guests did appreciate the good location and helpful staff, and a few found the breakfast and beds comfortable, but these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences.
