Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many describing dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff, booking issues, and lack of basic amenities. Breakfast was generally seen as inadequate or disappointing. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.
