Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to malls and local attractions. Some guests found the beds to be comfortable and enjoyed the extra amenities like cookies and water. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, outdated rooms, maintenance issues, and inconsistent service. Problems with air conditioning, noise, slow elevators, and lack of room amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves were also mentioned.
