Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and proximity to local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unresponsive or unfriendly staff and mishandled requests. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several guests noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The closure of the pool and unexpected fees for amenities like WiFi and parking disappointed some guests. While a few found the price reasonable, others felt the value did not match the cost due to the hotel's condition and service shortcomings.
