Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, which is close to many attractions and suited their needs. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews express significant dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, citing issues such as dirt, mold, pests, and unclean linens. The pool is frequently mentioned as being in poor condition, often described as green or cloudy. Service and responsiveness from staff and management are also criticized, with several guests reporting unresolved problems and lack of clean towels. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it acceptable and others disappointed. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
