Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as roaches, bad odors, dirty carpets, and stained furniture. Service was also criticized, with mentions of rude or unresponsive staff and unexpected charges. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location and found the price reasonable for last-minute bookings. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some positive remarks but mostly negative feedback about quality and cleanliness. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives in guest experiences.
