Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many appreciating its proximity to local attractions and walkability. Some guests highlighted friendly and helpful staff, as well as the charming lobby and decor. However, there were several complaints about parking security and costs, dated or unclean rooms, uncomfortable beds, and inconsistent service in the restaurant and front desk. Cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as old carpets and unpleasant odors, were also noted. While some enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere, others felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price.

Cons (-) We had to listen to the obnoxious neighbors talking all night because th walls are paper thin. The rear side of the hotel is a large ugly lot with access to a very unimpressive side of the building. When we first arrived, I was not impressed until we fit to the front desk. Lobby is very nice abs restaurant is FABTASTIC but make a reservation.
