Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location near major attractions like the falls and shopping areas. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, noting dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. Value for price received mixed feedback: while some found it affordable for short stays, others felt the extra charges and lack of amenities did not justify the cost. Parking was a common complaint due to extra fees, limited spaces, and safety concerns. Room size was occasionally mentioned as too small, though a few guests found rooms spacious. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, parking, and amenities.
