Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests loved the hotel's central location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. The decor and atmosphere received positive remarks, and several guests highlighted the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews mention noise issues, particularly from the pool area and hallways, and some guests experienced problems with service, such as slow check-in, billing issues, or lack of responsiveness to complaints. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its style and amenities, but improvements in noise control and customer service could enhance the guest experience.
