Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for getting around the city and accessing public transportation. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, old furnishings, and pest problems. Service also receives criticism, with reports of poor attention, slow check-in, and unhelpful staff, though a few note friendly personnel. While some guests find the price reasonable, the overall experience is marred by maintenance issues, outdated amenities, and discomfort in the rooms.
