Guests say
Guests were pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and some found the beds comfortable. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast (mainly due to extra charges and lack of free options), uncomfortable beds, service issues (such as reservation mishaps and unhelpful staff), and poor value for price due to unexpected fees and overcharges. Despite these negatives, a few guests highlighted friendly staff and good amenities.

Pros (+) staff was very nice.
Cons (-) stayed on 1st floor. walls were paper thin and you could hear a pin drop next door. -Up at 2 AM with guests in other rooms talking , slamming doors, and carrying on like it was 10PM. NO security to monitor? We were very close to desk an nobody asked other guests to be a bit quieter.
