Overall, guests were overwhelmingly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints were about extremely poor cleanliness, with frequent mentions of dirt, mold, bugs, and unpleasant odors throughout the rooms and bathrooms. Many guests also reported issues with service, including unhelpful or absent staff, problems with deposits, and lack of communication. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Only a few positive comments were made about the price, space, or staff, but these were rare compared to the negative feedback.
