Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, which is close to main attractions, restaurants, and parks, making it convenient for exploring Mendoza. The service provided by the hosts, especially Mercedes and Javier, was frequently described as warm, helpful, and attentive, with many guests highlighting their hospitality and valuable local recommendations. The breakfast received positive remarks for its quality and variety. Many reviewers also appreciated the comfortable, spacious rooms and the inviting, homely atmosphere of the property. Some negative feedback mentioned dated facilities, occasional maintenance issues, and the cash-only payment policy, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
