Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Elbe and the cycle path, as well as the beautiful views from the terrace and rooms. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also positively mentioned, with several guests noting well-maintained and tidy rooms. While breakfast received mixed feedback—some found it good and plentiful, others thought it was lacking in variety or quality—the overall impression was positive. Room size and comfort were generally satisfactory, though a few guests found some rooms small or beds uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its location, service, and cleanliness.
