Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions like Kings Island and the tennis center. Many also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. However, a significant number of reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, describing rooms and common areas as dirty or run down, with some citing stained bedding, mold, and unclean floors. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the value for price reasonable, the need for renovations and better maintenance was a recurring theme.

Pros (+) Location close to the tennis facility
Cons (-) Marginal facilities with marginal cleanliness and a poor excuse for a "breakfast". Pleasant staff with one young male who rarely stopped playing with his phone long enough to do his job.
