Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Kings Island and local amenities. Many also appreciated the breakfast offerings and found them satisfying. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, mold, musty odors, and maintenance issues. The pool received negative feedback for being small or unclean. Service was also criticized, with several guests experiencing unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with reservations or billing. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, pool maintenance, and customer service.
