Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location for its proximity to restaurants, markets, and the Madurai temple. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unprofessional staff, poor communication, and lack of helpfulness. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bed bugs, and maintenance issues in bathrooms. Additionally, the small and congested room sizes were frequently criticized. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room comfort.
