Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had a largely negative experience at this hotel, citing issues such as poor cleanliness, maintenance problems, unpleasant odors, noise, and unhelpful or rude staff. However, some guests did mention positives, including a convenient location, comfortable beds, and friendly or responsive staff. A few reviews noted the hotel was simple and met basic needs, and one guest appreciated the availability of coffee in the lobby. Despite these positives, the overwhelming sentiment was dissatisfaction due to cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns.

Pros (+) Hostess was friendly. Breakfast was ok.
Cons (-) Drawers broken, light fixture broken, bathroom tiles cracked, dead bug on floor in bathroom, alarm clock melted, ice machine not working, hot tub closed too early, scrambled eggs and a meat would be been a nice addition to breakfast.

Cons (-) The bed and the pillows were hard, not what I am used to. Our room was next to a room that the staff went in and out of a lot over the course of our stay and it had a doorbell/alarm on it. That was awful.
