Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location. Many found the beds comfortable and the staff generally friendly, though some experienced issues with service, particularly at the front desk and during breakfast. The breakfast itself was a frequent source of disappointment, with repeated mentions of missing items, lack of variety, and poor restocking. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere was positive, with guests highlighting neat rooms and helpful touches like towel delivery. Some minor complaints included noise, outdated decor, and malfunctioning amenities like the hot tub.

Pros (+) We were greeted upon arrival by a nice young man with manners! He checked us in with efficiency and a smile! The room was tastfully decorated and clean. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It’s close to a number of nice restaurants.
Cons (-) Nothing to change here! Rated a 10!

Pros (+) Easy access on and off the freeway. Close to shopping and dining. Really clean, and fastest check in and out ever. Nice continental breakfast. Fast WiFi.
Cons (-) Handicap room was given even though I didn’t request it. Coffee maker randomly placed by the tv without a plug in. Over charged my card (waiting to see if they refund the difference).
