Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the beach and downtown areas. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty carpets, strong odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of breakfast despite it being advertised, and the pool area received negative feedback due to cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly and others as unhelpful or unavailable. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service consistency.
