Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near local attractions and the ferry. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, citing dirty carpets, bedding, and bathrooms. The pool and water park receive negative feedback for poor maintenance and safety concerns. Service is often described as understaffed or unhelpful, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service.

Cons (-) Water park was a little dirty. It seemed as if they attempted to make up for it by over-bleaching/chlorine.
