Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast options. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and clean rooms, though several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms, musty smells, and unvacuumed carpets. Some guests also noted noise disturbances and maintenance problems like broken elevators and non-working amenities. Overall, the positives centered on service, location, and breakfast, but cleanliness and noise were recurring concerns.
