Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints were about poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained bedding, and bad odors. Many guests also reported unhelpful or absent staff, issues with room size and condition such as holes in the walls and broken fixtures, and non-functional TVs. A few reviews mentioned problems with refunds and feeling unsafe. Only a handful of guests found the location or price acceptable, but these positives were far outweighed by the negative experiences.
