Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which suited their needs for business or local activities. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained carpets, and unclean bathrooms. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff, booking problems, and poor communication. While a few guests found the beds comfortable or appreciated easy check-in, the overall sentiment was negative due to cleanliness and service shortcomings.
