Guests frequently reported issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pests. Service was often described as poor, with long wait times for check-in, unmanned reception, and communication difficulties. However, several guests found the beds comfortable and a few staff members were noted as friendly. The value for price was mixed, with some guests feeling it was reasonable and others feeling it was not worth the cost. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but there were occasional mentions of comfort and helpful staff.
