Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to public transport and attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who often went above and beyond. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned positively. However, many guests found the rooms to be very small, with limited storage and cramped bathrooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating it and others finding it basic or lacking variety. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out, while room size was a common drawback.
