Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, proximity to public transport, and good value for money, especially considering London prices. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with repeated reports of rodents, dirty rooms, and poor maintenance. Many found the beds uncomfortable and the rooms small, while some also mentioned unhelpful or indifferent service. Despite these issues, a few guests highlighted positive experiences with staff and the overall affordability of the hotel.
