Several guests also appreciated the cleanliness of certain rooms and the overall comfort of the accommodations. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, issues with the pool (such as cold water and cleanliness), and some maintenance problems in the rooms. While some guests enjoyed the amenities and found the hotel practical for families, others felt that the facilities were outdated and not always well maintained.
