Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, with convenient shuttle access and beautiful surroundings. The service, especially in the dining room and among the staff, was frequently described as friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and breakfast offerings received high marks for quality and atmosphere. However, several guests noted issues with noise from nearby trains and parking areas, as well as rooms being too warm due to lack of air conditioning. Room sizes and amenities were generally appreciated, though some found the decor dated or beds small for groups. Overall, guests enjoyed the hotel's charm, grounds, and amenities, making it a popular choice for a comfortable stay.
