Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a generally positive impression of the hotel's location and the spaciousness of some rooms. However, there are significant concerns about service quality, including slow check-in, unresponsive or poorly trained staff, and delays in fulfilling requests. Cleanliness is another major issue, with several guests reporting unclean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast and food quality receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others finding it average or poorly organized. Overall, while some aspects like location and room size are appreciated, the hotel needs to address service and cleanliness to meet guest expectations.
