Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Kumbhalgarh Fort and the helpful, friendly staff, which contributed to many positive experiences. However, several reviews highlight issues with amenities such as non-functional lifts and outdated room facilities, as well as maintenance problems. Breakfast quality and variety received criticism, and some guests experienced cleanliness concerns.
