Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, especially for events and downtown access. Many found the staff helpful and accommodating, with several positive mentions of service and room cleanliness. However, there were frequent complaints about the restaurant and breakfast quality, hidden or high valet parking charges, and some issues with amenities such as the lack of a pool and occasional maintenance problems. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and positive service experiences stood out.
