Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach and city center as a major advantage. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff and management, as well as problems with room assignments and responsiveness to complaints. Cleanliness was another common concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even bedbugs. Food quality and variety received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the meals while others found them repetitive or disappointing. Overall, while the location is a standout positive, service and cleanliness issues detracted from many guests' experiences.
