Most guests highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, central location in Thamel, and clean, comfortable rooms as major positives. Many appreciated the good value for money and thoughtful service, including assistance with tours and local tips. However, some guests experienced issues with noise from nearby bars, occasional lapses in cleanliness, and breakfast quality. A few reviews mention confusion about the hotel name and location, but overall, the positive service and convenient location stand out.
