Pros (+) Garden area is nice during the day, but intolerable with the same band playing the same songs loudly every night in the courtyard.

Cons (-) Incessant music every night in the garden, blaring into the rooms, whether your windows are open or not. Hot water is rare. A lot of hustle from the management, not much substance.
