Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to local attractions and markets. Cleanliness received varied feedback—while some found the rooms and bathrooms clean and spacious, others noted issues with cockroaches, dirty linens, and insufficient cleaning. Service was also inconsistent; some guests praised the polite and cooperative staff, while others reported rude or unhelpful behavior at the reception and requests for tips. The value for price was mentioned as reasonable by some, but others felt the hotel was overpriced given the amenities and cleanliness issues. Overall, the hotel is considered a decent option for families, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
