Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to key attractions and the beach. The service is often described as helpful, polite, and accommodating, contributing positively to guest experiences. Value for price is also highlighted as a strength, with several guests feeling satisfied with what they received for the cost. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple reviews citing issues such as dirty bathrooms, stained linens, and poor maintenance. While some guests found their rooms clean and comfortable, others experienced significant hygiene problems, impacting their overall impression. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
