Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near key attractions, the railway station, and amenities. Some reviewers mentioned friendly and cooperative staff, particularly the hotel manager. However, many guests reported negative experiences with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, misleading payment policies, and issues with room allocation. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, pests, and poor maintenance. Value for money was questioned due to discrepancies in pricing, lack of amenities, and poor room conditions. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and transparency.
