Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning pool with breathtaking views, which was a highlight for many. The location is highly regarded for its convenience and beautiful scenery, making it easy to explore Kandy. The staff generally received positive feedback for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, though a few reviews mentioned less positive experiences. Breakfast and food options were appreciated by several guests, and many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, some guests noted that parts of the hotel feel dated, and there were occasional complaints about cleanliness, noise, and gym facilities. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding the pool, location, and service.
