Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient and appreciated its proximity to key areas. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, mold, and poor pool maintenance. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and several guests had negative experiences with management. The pool, while sometimes noted as a positive, was frequently criticized for being unsafe or dirty. Breakfast quality and value for price were also common points of dissatisfaction.
