Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for travel and access to nearby attractions. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall value for short stays. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty floors, bedsheets, and towels. Noise from outside and within the hotel is a common complaint, and some guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price due to small, stuffy rooms and additional charges.
