Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to city attractions, food options, and public transportation. The staff receives frequent praise for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, cleanliness is a major concern for many guests, with multiple reports of unclean rooms, poor maintenance, and rundown facilities. Bed comfort is mentioned positively in a few reviews, though some find the beds too soft. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service and location, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
