Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location for its convenience to transport and shopping, and some appreciate the value for private rooms. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues like cockroaches, dirt, and stained linens. Service is also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or absent staff and problems at check-in. Safety concerns are mentioned, including theft and feeling unsafe at night. Overall, while the location and value stand out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and safety.
